Looking for a candidate with a diverse transportation background that is willing to relocate for 12+ months from the UNITED STATES to Panama City, Panama.

The job entails managing a team 10-15 Carrier sales reps and team leads and working on their continual development. Process improvement in negotiation, carrier relationship building and conflict resolution are a must. Executive housing near our corporate office will be included in compensation package.

I'm specifically looking for someone that lives and breathes logistics like my current group of managers and directors on staff do. Salary + Incentive based on experience. This job is restricted to only US Citizens with a valid passport.
