Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and coach a regional sales team of up to $350,000 in monthly sales within 3 to 3.5 years
Achieve personal sales targets of $20,000 to $60,000 monthly for up to three years
Use our award-winning virtual sales platform, exclusive leads system, and proven sales system with automation
Collaborate with other teams and leaders to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction
Report on the performance and effectiveness of your sales activities using web analytics tools
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
Maintain high ethical standards and comply with all regulations
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of sales/management experience
Current life and health license (or ability to obtain quickly)
College degree preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong leadership and team building skills
Sound judgment and decision making skills
Creative and innovative problem solving skills
Ability to meet or exceed business goals
U.S. residency (no work visas offered)
